We were at a barbecue out at Bayou Derbonne, and I noticed these folks across the road. It turns out they had spotted a young alligator.  

Far into dusk, and with a digital equivilent to a 90mm, I knew I wouldn't be able to make it  show up.  Then I remembered gator eyes reflect, so I shot a flash pic of him, and caught him looking back at me.
