 The Winner!

I printed out all the pictures, and laid them on the office floor. Then looked at them both on the web and on the print. I'm so happy with the response, and though I know there will just be one sour grapes loser,  his shot was certainly in the top.   I could not help myself, this shot is too fine, and I knew I was right when Kyle Cassidy  said "Damn you, Phong," more than 200 times today on the IRC.  I've commented on the entries.  I thank you for participating, and hope to do it again.

This early entry set a trend that focused on eyes, my favorite parts of anyone. Nice shot, well seen!

Liam Maloney

Glamour in Classic sense!  Nicely captured.

52444-My favorite of Liam's TV set, this cross dresser really looks glamour-ized

Honey!  You better be careful if a wind comes up!

Daniel Ridings

Introspective, moody shot of someone strolling, having a cigarrette after . . . Supper?

http://www.fotosidan.se/gallery/viewpic.htm?ID=105508&pf=24865

The light is just right on this.  I'm wishing she were looking up

Steve Unsworth

If this is a first attempt at studio work, it is a great first. Very sexy, not too sure if it is glamour . . . but I like it a lot.

Jim McIntyre

This one got me out of the gate.  A real contender.  I do love this shot.

I'm not a big fan of figure studies, especially when there is no face.  This has some  lighting to my taste, and I think a lower camera angle would have made me like it more.

B.D. Colen

If she were only looking at you!  Wonderfully captured moment.

Richard Comen

A strong contender in the 2010 contest.  As Ted would say, would have been better if you bent your knees

Neal Friedenthal

Phong

Oh Kyle! Such a departure in this contender! a wonderful destination in a beautiful garden. I really love this shot.

Gene DuPrey http://www.leica-gallery.net/k1gd/image-47314.html

Not that any of the others weren't, but this shot pours wholesomeness like a milk commercial.  Lovely light and great eye contact, though it shows a little hot on my monitor.

Ted Bayer http://www.sonc.com/Nina_glamour.jpg

I've seen this wonderful portrait before.  Looks like a woman in love

Dante

http://www.dantestella.com/glam.html

This woman takes my breath away. Somewhere I've seen another shot of her that was one of the finest casual portraits I've ever seen.  This is nice.

Don Dory http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=1756772

Gee Don, he's cute, but not my type.

Jorge M. Trevino http://www.jorgemtrevino.com/PAW/week_38_a.htm

A lovely casual, sexy shot.  I don't see glamour, but I do see promise of it.

Paul Connet http://www.leica-gallery.net/connet/image-52575.html

Oh Paul. This one was taken just a little late.  The glass is half-empty.  On the other hand the light is nicely captured, though it renders a bit flat. She has glamour.

Chris Williams

http://www.zoeicaimages.com/html/zoeica_images_glamour_attempt.html

My shooting buddy Chris! with all the glamour in your life, we get the purse stall at the French Market!  You are sentenced to buy all the drinks next time I'm in town.

Feli di Giorgio http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=1757326

mehrdad

http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=922360

Wonderful engaging shot. Oh those eyes!  If she keeps using them like that, She will be the winner in 2015

http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=1687734

What can I say.  I guess glamour is as glamour does.

Clive Moss

http://www.pbase.com/image/21388427/original

Michael Eric Berube http://www.goodphotos.com/risque/tess/BWtess2.jpg

Michael this is a really cool shot, old fashioned glamour, new fashioned gal.
