My son Adam, a college student, works at a crawfish farm.  It is hard work maintaining levees, setting, baiting and emptying the traps in all sorts of weather.

Adam was born in the city. He's not a hunter and only once in a while does he go fishing, so it surprises me that he's taken to this work. His boss assigns him tasks and leaves him to do them.    He enjoys the solitude and has discovered the oneness with nature that this work can give you.
