This is a slide I took several years ago, and I thought it might be a candidate to try out my new Nikon Coolscan 5000.  The first frame is normal scan.  Scroll down for a look at the in scanner processing.

Did not do a perfect job, but pretty nice. This is Digital Ice, Digital ROC and Digital Gem ticked in the software.  It taks a long time for the processing, but lots less than doing it by hand.
