For a long time, I've wanted to meet "Chilled Delirium" Luis.  I've known him and corresponded with him for some time on a couple photography lists. Today, in St. Pete, Florida, I got a chance to spend about four hours with him.  We walked and talked and shared and shot.  He showed me some of his neat street work, and flattered me about some of mine. Thanks, Luis, you made today a real treat.
